Twin shaft roller compactor

Overview

Twin shaft roller compactor was developed with two driving rollers technology, which can generate more pressure and make much more good finished products with super good strength. The line pressure of the twin shaft roller compactor is at 6-11 ton/cm, and is widely used in large scale enterprise, like iron and steel making plant, refractory materials factories, power plant, metallurgy field, construction field, mining field, etc.  Steel making facotries use this HSYQT series twin shaft compactor to comparess solid wastes into briquettes to improve the wastes value, and mining field uses this machine to make DRI briquettes. 

There are four main parts of E.P DRI fines roller presses.

1. Screw force feeding system, the function is to feed the materials in a proper speed to increase the buld density of the raw materials. 

2. Transmission part, it adopts the special reducer--surface-hardening gears to improve the performance and lifespan.
3. Forming part, the rollers are processed by CNC and have very good accurance.
4. Hydraulic pump station is positioned separatedly and has the function of protecting the machine while it is overloaded.
