Briquette shape: hexagonal shape, with diameter 70mm and 80mm, length 200mm.
Capacity: 600-700kg/h.
The whole process of the line:
Based on the customer's specific raw material and other requirements, we designed the complete
production line as following, Crushing-Drying-Distributing-Briquetting. The equipments include hammer mill, hot air dryer, biomass briquette extruder, buffering hopper, distribution hopper, screw conveyor, electric control system.
This biomass briquette production line has high quality and better performance, here are the main characteristics as following.
1. More scientific and reasonable structure, it is very convenient for workers to operate and maintain the machines.
2. Adopting advanced China famous brand components in main parts.
3. Longer lifespan. Biomass briquette extruder especially, its upgraded screw is made from 40Cr, which has better hardness, toughness and abrasive resistance.
