What is the consequences of untight sealing of carbonization furnace?
During the carbonization process, the furnace must be tightly sealed. Once there is any leakage, the amount of oxygen entering the furnace will be greatly increased. The wood in the furnace are prone to spontaneous combustion, causing the carbonization temperature rise quickly. The finished charcoal will be loose in texture and easily cracked. What's more, excess oxygen will make part of the wood burn into white powder (ash), resulting in reduction in charcoal production and raising the cost of the finished charcoal.
Hoisting type carbonization furnace produced by E.P Machinery has high quality and better performance. Except for tightly sealed, our carbonization furnace is also equipped with a special air storage chamber, to collect the smoke/gas produced during carbonization process. The redundant smoke/gas will be used as fuel for carbonizing or others, which is energy saving and environmental friendly.
