Introduction
The charcoal briquette extruder is used to convert charcoal dust into charcoal bars with different shape and size cross-section. The finished coal/charcoal briquettes have good density and heating value. The machine performance is determined by the pressure(reducer) and screw angel of it. We can add automatic cutter on it, which can ensure you to get uniform coal/charcoal briquettes and save a lot of labor cost. The finished product—charcoal briquettes has good appearance and uniform size.
Raw material condition
1. Coal, charcoal etc.
2. The diameter size of raw material should be below 3mm
3. The humidity of raw material should be 8~15%
4. Binder is necessary
